Calculator for administrative cases and administrative-penal cases for minimum attorney's fees and due state fees
This legal calculator also provides an opportunity to calculate the minimum attorney's fees, which are due according to the adopted tariff, as well as the due state fees to the bodies for appeal by administrative and court order for the indicated types of administrative cases and administrative-penal cases when appealing fines and/or property sanctions. The calculator is focused on calculating all proportional fees specified in the ordinance and tariffs, in order to facilitate the formation of the final price due by the parties in these cases. For other types of cases for which simple minimum fees and charges not related to the price of the claim are provided and which are not indicated in the calculator, reference should be made in the relevant act. Nikolaev & Partners Law Firm is not responsible for any technical errors and inaccuracies in the calculations.
